. Gathers information from the patient for frame and lens selection based on their prescription;

. Assists patients in the selection of frames;

. Evaulates prescriptions;

. Adjusts frams and lens to fit patient upon exam;

. Uses optician instrumentation and equipment, such as, lensometer;
