Business Analyst

* Local Candidates Only.

* Work location will be at client sites.

* Travel throughout the NW AR Region.

* Expenses to be reimbursed when the commute is lengthy.

* Occasional trips and training in Little Rock.

The Business Analyst will be part of a team responsible for identifying and recommending coding within the software, working with personnel during implementation of the system, and assisting project staff with development of reports, training material, and business process procedures. This position will also be first-line support for case management system users.


Minimum Qualifications

The formal education of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in information science. Three years in an IT project management environment is desired. Relevant experience may be substituted for education. Must have strong communication skills and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and respect deadlines. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite are required.

Examples of Work:

- Identify and recommend system codes for dockets, events, etc.

- Assist with the development of documents and reports.

- Assist with training of employees.

- Assist with development of training materials and business process materials.

- Review and make recommendations for software modifications and development.

- Assist users in troubleshooting and correcting case management issues.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skill

6+ Years of experience in :
. Working experience with MS office tools

5+ Years of experience required in the following :
. Computer Business Systems Analyst role
. Experience in gathering business requirements in a development environment

4+ Years of Software Implementation Experience

Basic computer skills knowledge
